Sometimes I will only get an audition if the character is Black, and it doesn’t matter if the character is believable coming from my voice…in a perfect world everyone should audition for every character but there is some bias we need to get through first...getting diversity casting is really important to put everyone on the same playing filed so we can have that perfect world  – Kevin D Thelwell
