Mikasa Ackerman from the anime Attack On Titan 

Mikasa Ackerman is a military genius, with amazing combat abilities, physical strength, agility, and near mastery of the 3D Maneuver Gear. She has been described by her superiors as worth 100 soldiers, which just proves what a prodigy she is, and why she is such an amazing anime warrior girl. The fact that she has been forced to overcome so much throughout her life only adds to her popularity with fans. I am of course talking about the military genius Mikasa Ackerman.

Mereoleona Vermillion from the anime Black Clover

She is a fiery character but her confidence literally was LIT! In less than an episode, she tore up the power dynamic and made it abundantly clear she was now top dog. The most striking moment of dominance came when even Yami, a man who had no regard for even the sacred laws of the kingdom, was made to submit by one firm grip of her fiery fists. She is no joke.

Nami Swan from the anime One Piece

Cat burglary turned lead navigator, she is an S Class manipulator to enemies, A1 Finesser, world class deceiver, she is the the definition of a hustler. I think Rick Ross wrote hustlin after her. 

Taiga from the anime Toradora 

Now at first, I thought she had some serious issues, and to be honest she does, however, as you watch the anime more and start to hear about her back story and so on, you see she really is a strong character who has overcome a lot. Also the fight scene she had was epic, it surprised me how well it was done given this is not even a shonen.

Revy Black Lagoon - Honourable mention before mentioning number 1 

They say the tongue is sharper than a double edge sword, hits bruise, words cut and while this woman does not hold a sword, she certainly be cutting people with her words. My next pick is Revy from Black Lagoon. She is straight up direct, tell you how it is, if don’t like you, then f off kind of character. Not only that she has confidence, whether it be in her driving or her shooting abilities.

Leader of Hotel Moscow, she is ruthless and arguably the number one badass female in anime.

Don't let her size or cuteness fool you, she is a badass deadly female anime assassin who will kill you in one fell swoop.

Olivia Mira Armstrong from Full Metal Alchemist 

Neyshaplays number 1, she embodies fierceness and is certainly a badass female anime character.
